EPDM sealing
Rubber sealing profiles made of high quality EPDM rubber is used for effectively sealing profiles for polycarbonates in the manufacture of swimming pool roofing, skylights, winter gardens, etc. rubber sealing profiles made of high quality EPDM rubber are designed in different profiles, to need to cover a wide variety of sealing profiles. EPDM rubber is absolutely resistant to the effects of wind, UV radiation and weather, don’t crackle and don’t rot and remain elastic even after many years.
Profile perfectly fills the gap has closed pore structure and therefore does not absorb water. Thermal endurance is from -50°C to +70°C without changing the physical, mechanical and chemical properties. Short-seal can withstand temperatures up to +130°C, but it is necessary to count with premature aging and changing its properties. They are produced in hardness 70+/-5°ShA. Sealing surface is smooth and black (at customer's request can be other colors). If the customer requires a different type of seal (which is not in our offer) and if he has a sample or drawing file, we are able to make it according customer’s requirement.
EPDM profiles are its mechanical, physical, chemical properties and permanent deformations as a predetermined seal construction and building parts.
